RESTAURANT WEBSITE / PORTFOLIO CONCEPT
Saanjh.
An Indian dining experience, designed around the hour when the day slows down.
Visit Saanjh
The evening,
before you arrive.
Saanjh is my Indian restaurant website concept. The goal was to create a sense of place while giving a visitor useful next steps: discover the food, understand the setting, and make a booking enquiry.
The live website brings together a dinner menu, the restaurant story, events, private dining, and a phone booking action.
Atmosphere with
a way forward.
A cinematic first impression
Two softly changing hero photographs establish the evening setting. A restrained header keeps the restaurant name and booking action visible.
A practical booking action
The current Book a Table buttons open a phone call. The site does not yet include an online reservation form or confirmation flow.
What I made.
What comes next.
My contribution is the restaurant website design: its visual direction, page composition, typography, imagery, and interactions.
This is a portfolio concept, not evidence of an operating restaurant. The next step is to test menu discovery and booking clarity on mobile, then decide whether a reservation form would improve the experience.
Usability results and booking outcomes have not been measured.
